This hotel is conveniently located near a major transportation hub and many of the city's attractions are easily accessible. the staff is friendly and helpful. the rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.
Some guests may find the breakfast offerings to be limited.

The noise level inside the hotel is high, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The breakfast provided is limited and variable in quality, and the staff can be rude and unhelpful at times.

We loved the friendly and helpful staff who gave us detailed information about nearby restaurants, transport, and tourist attractions. The hotel's location was also excellent, being near the train station and within walking distance from several restaurants and pubs. The cleanliness of the hotel impressed us, and the room was cute and cozy.
Nothing could have been better.

Spent an awesome Christmas at a hotel that was located conveniently near the train station which was great for us because it was so cold outside. the staff was very accommodating and friendly. They gave us a great recommendation for a local restaurant nearby that served delicious Italian cuisine. it was nice to have free Wi-Fi that worked very well.
The elevator was quite small and could only fit a few people on it so we often had to take the spiral stairs which wasn't ideal. they did not accept credit cards for the local tax required which was an unexpected inconvenience.
